#New Anime Project takt op.Destiny by MAPPA & Madhouse Announced

During the MAPPA Stage 2021’s celebrating the studio’s 10th anniversary, a new anime project titled takt op.Destiny was announced. MAPPA and Madhouse are in charge of the animation production. It will be produced by DeNA and BANDAI NAMCO Arts and was originally announced in March as a musical battle anime. The anime is scheduled for October 2021.

Kōki Uchiyama (Khun Hachuling from Tower of God) will be the voice of the main character, the conductor featured in the anime preview. 

The staff includes Yūki Itō (GRANBLUE FANTASY The Animation) as director, Kiyoko Yoshimura (Mr Love: Queen’s Choice) as series composer, LAM as the original character designer, Reiko Nagasawa (Overlord Season 3 sub-character designer/monster designer) as character designer, and Yoshihiro Ike (Shadow House) as music composer.

takt op.Destiny is part of a Bandai Namco Arts and DeNA project that includes a game. The premise involves “Musicart” girls and their “Conductor” using musical powers to battle monsters.
