#Moriarty the Patriot to Get OVA With Original Story

The Moriarty the Patriot anime is set to receive a two-episode OVA that features an original story. 

Additionally, there will be a special event featuring cast members Sōma Saitō (William James Moriarty), Takuya Satō (Albert James Moriarty), Chiaki Kobayashi (Louis James Moriarty), Makoto Furukawa (Sherlock Holmes), and Yūki Ono (John H. Watson) at Nakano Sunplaza on March 5, 2022. The event will include an advance screening of the OVA.

Priority tickets to the event will be included with the anime’s 8th Blu-ray and DVD volume, which goes on sale on October 27, 2021.

Moriarty the Patriot is based on the ongoing manga written by Ryōsuke Takeuchi and illustrated by Hikaru Miyoshi. The manga has 15 tankōbon volumes as of this August. 

The first cour of the anime premiered in October 2020, while the second cour premiered in April 2021.
