«Mila Superstar» is a cult series of the anime era on RTL 2. 7 years ago there were first reports that the series would be released on Blu-ray (bluray-disc.de reported). At that time there was still a publication with “Improved SD quality” planned for 2015 as the Japanese HD version from 2012 could not be used. The 104 episodes would have been divided into 4 volumes of 26 episodes each. Even if the fans were bothered by the DVD quality, they weren’t entirely satisfied with the Blu-ray’s plan. At some point the entries for the 4 volumes disappeared. Just recently, on November 18, 2021, a new edition of the complete DVD edition was released by KSM Anime.
And now want KSM Anime make up for the missed and «Mila Superstar» “for the first time on Blu-ray and in HD quality” publish! This time are 2 boxes with 52 episodes each planned. the Collector’s Edition Vol. 1 supposed to be with 8 discs on February 17, 2022 appear in stores. In addition to the 1,250 minutes of episodes, 3 bonus episodes, trailers and a picture gallery are to be included. As a picture you get the original 4: 3 format in which nothing is cut away and the German sound in DTS-HD Master Audio 2.0 format.
