#Macross Frontier's 1st Solo Concert in 10 Years Confirmed to be Held on February 5 & 6, 2021

 

 

After the streaming of "#Air Macross F Live 2020" on YouTube last night, it was officially announced that the Macross Frontier series' first solo concert in ten years is set to be held at Yoyogi National Gymnasium's First Gymnasium (capacity: 13,291) in Tokyo for two days on February 5 and 6, 2021.

 

The official title of the concert is "SANKYO presents Macross Frontier Galaxy Live 2021 ~Madamada Futari wa Korekara! Watashitachi no Uta wo Kike!" (The two are not over yet! Listen to our songs!). And of course, the series' two main female singers – Megumi Nakajima as Ranka Lee and May'n as Sheryl Nome – are confirmed to perform together on the stage.

 

The first pre-orders for the concert's limited goods, including T-shirts, muffler towel, keyholders, and mask, will be accepted between November 23 and December 16. To be able to use them at the concert, shipping is expected to begin inlate January.

 

The series' last solo concert "Kanno Yoko presents Macross Frontier Super Dimension Super Live 'Merry Christmas without You'" was held in Tokyo and Kobe in December 2010, and the last time Nakajima and May'n performing together was at "SANKYO presents MACROSS CROSSOVER LIVE 2019" held at Makuhari Messe in Chiba in June 2019.
