#Cursed By Light Movie Gets New Trailer, Visual

The upcoming The Seven Deadly Sins: Cursed By Light anime movie has received a new trailer and a poster visual. The trailer reveals the second Fairy King Dahlia and the Giant craftsman Dabuzu as the Seven Deadly Sins’ new opponents, and includes a preview of the song “Sono Hikari E” (“Towards That Light”) by Akihito Okano.

The movie is set to premiere on July 2. The anime was first announced in January and features an original story by The Seven Deadly Sins mangaka Nakaba Suzuki.  

The staff of The Seven Deadly Sins: Cursed By Light includes Takayuki Hamana (Arte) as director and Rintarou Ikeda (Hortensia Saga series composer) as script writer. Studio Deen is in charge of the animation production. 

Before The Seven Deadly Sins: Cursed By Light, The Seven Deadly Sins manga received an anime movie adaptation with the subtitle of Prisoners of the Sky in 2018. There are also four anime seasons, including the currently airing The Seven Deadly Sins: Dragon’s Judgement.
