#ZENSHU Releases New Climactic Visual After 9th Episode Broadcast

A new climactic key visual has been released for the ongoing ZENSHU original TV anime series, shortly after the broadcast of the ninth episode on March 2, 2025. The anime first began airing in Japan on January 5, 2025 and will run for 12 episodes.
The new visual features the main characters Natsuko Hirose and Luke Braveheart with the tagline “It’s all your fault.”

Mitsue Yamazaki (Sleepy Princess in the Demon Castle) is directing the anime series, with a screenplay written by Kimiko Ueno (Delicious in Dungeon series screenwriter) and character designs from Kayoko Ishikawa (Sarazanmai). Yamazaki and Ueno are credited as the series creators, along with MAPPA (who is in charge of the animation production), while Ishikawa is also one of the chief animation directors.
Other staff involved include Yoshiteru Tsujino (character designer for various Tengai Makyo games) as original character designer and environment concept artist, Sumie Noro (Saint Cecilia and Pastor Lawrence director) as assistant director, Yukari Hashimoto (A Sign of Affection) as music composer, and Takahiro Ogawa (Bucchigiri?!, Campfire Cooking in Another World with my Absurd Skill) as animation producer.
Meanwhile, the anime’s main voice cast includes:
- • Anna Nagase as Natsuko Hirose
- • Kazuki Ura as Luke Braveheart
- • Rie Kugimiya as Unio
- • Minori Suzuki as Memmeln
- • Akio Suyama as QJ
- • Romi Park as Justice
- • Manaka Iwami as Destiny Heartwarming
- • Kentaro Tone as Chingosman
- • Masashi Yamane as Ganger

Crunchyroll is streaming ZENSHU worldwide, outside of Japan, and describes the main synopsis as:
After high school, Natsuko Hirose starts her career as an animator and quickly rises to director. Her first anime is a huge hit, earning her recognition as an up-and-coming genius director. But her next project isn’t going as well. It’s a romantic comedy, but she’s never been in love before! Struggling to grasp the concept, Natsuko can’t create the storyboard, bringing production to a standstill.
