To promote their forthcoming first live concert event, the official YouTube channel for the PuraOre! PRIDE OF ORANGE franchise has started streaming two performance clips of its seven-member voice actress unit SMILE PRINCESS.  

SMILE PRINCESS (formerly called Team PuraOre!) was formed by Riku Masuda (Manaka Mizusawa), Satomi Hongo (Yu Kiyose), Mayu Sagara (Ayaka Mizusawa), Saika Kitamori (Riko Saginuma), Asuka Shioiri (Naomi Takagi), Yurika Moriyama (Kaoruko Yanagida), and Mami Ono (Yoshino Aoyama). They performed the anime’s OP theme song “Figh-Oh Fight!”.

Their performance of the TV anime’s two “victory dance” insert songs, “Hare, nochi Dreaming!〇” and “period” were filmed at their mini studio concert held on January 15 to commemorate the broadcast of the TV anime. The former song was included in the bonus CD of the TV anime’s first DVD/Blu-ray volume, and the latter is included in that of the second volume.

Their first live concert entitled “SMILE PRINCESS 1st LIVE Face Off!” is set to be held at Edogawa Ward General Cultural Center’s Big Hall (capacity: 1,497) in Tokyo on March 21. The three in-units of the group – Eyeslink, Lantana, and Arunecium – will be revealed at the event and will perform their songs for the first time. 

The girls’ ice hockey-themed TV animePuraOra! PRIDE OF ORANGE was aired for 12 episodes from October to December 2021, and all episodes are available on Crunchyroll and Funimation.
