A vacant Midtown Manhattan building partially collapsed into a neighboring construction site on Thursday morning, sending first-responders racing to the scene.

The northwest corner of four-story 211 E. 34th St. came crashing down around 10:50 a.m., debris spilling into the site next door, according to the FDNY and images of the scene near Third Avenue.

No injuries or missing persons were reported, but the emergency response snarled traffic in the area, according to the city’s emergency management alert system.

Surrounding buildings were also evacuated out of an abundance of caution, the FDNY said.

Utility service to the immediate area was also temporarily shut off.

The Department of Buildings is on scene investigating the cause of the collapse.

An excavation project was under way in a lot next door, officials said, and investigators are probing whether it played a role in the collapse.
