#Uzaki-chan Wants to Hang Out! Season 2 Announced for 2022

Romantic comedy anime Uzaki-chan Wants to Hang Out! is set to receive a second season in 2022. A new visual was released alongside the announcement.

Released in 2020, the first season’s staff included Miura Kazuya (Full Dive: This Ultimate Next–Gen Full Dive RPG Is Even Shittier than Real Life!) as director, Takashi Aoshima (Kuma Kuma Kuma Bear) as series composer, and Manabu Kurihara (The Detective is Already Dead director) as character designer and chief animation director. ENGI was the animation production company. 

Meanwhile, the cast included Naomi Ōzora as Hana Uzaki and Kenji Akabane as Shinichi Sakurai.

Uzaki-chan Wants to Hang Out! is based on the manga by Take. AnimeLab describes the story as:

Sakurai Shinichi’s one wish is for a little peace and quiet. But Uzaki Hana–his boisterous, well-endowed underclassman–has other plans. All she wants is to hang out and poke fun at him. With the help of her chipper charm and peppy persistence, this might just be the start of a beautiful relationship!
