#Unnamed Memory Releases “Gandona” Scenery Visual
A new scenery visual has been released for the upcoming Unnamed Memory TV anime series, which highlights the esteemed halls of Gandona. The anime is scheduled to premiere in April 2024.
The latest scenery visual of Gandona features the heroine Tinasha and an additional character named Travis (voiced by Jun Fukuyama). This is the fifth scenery visual of a total of six that will be released in consecutive weeks, leading up to the show’s premiere.
Kazuya Miura (Kancolle: Itsuka Ano Umi de) is directing the anime series, with Deko Akao (My Stepmom’s Daughter Is My Ex) as screenwriter, Chika Noumi (Kancolle: Itsuka Ano Umi de) as character designer, and Akito Matsuda (Assault Lily: Bouquet) as music composer. ENGI is in charge of the animation production.
Meanwhile, the anime’s main voice cast includes:

- • Shuuichirou Umeda as Lazar
- • Yuuko Natsuyoshi as Sylvia

The original fantasy light novels are written by Kuji Furumiya and illustrated by chibi. It began as a web novel on Shousetsuka ni Narou on September 18, 2012, before being published by Kadokawa’s Dengeki Bunko imprint from January 17, 2019 to April 17, 2021. Six total volumes were released.
A sequel series titled Unnamed Memory: After the End was launched on February 17, 2022, with three volumes released as of October 2023.
Yen Press licenses the light novel series and manga adaptation for release in English, describing the general synopsis as:
“My wish as champion is for you to descend the tower and be my wife.”
Climbing a deadly tower, Oscar seeks the power of its master, the Witch of the Azure Moon. He hopes her incredible magic can break a curse that will kill any woman he takes for a wife. When the prince sees how beautiful Tinasha is, though, he has a better idea-since she’s surely strong enough to survive his curse, she should just marry him instead! Tinasha isn’t keen on the idea, but agrees to live with Oscar in the royal castle for a year while researching the spell placed on the prince. The witch’s pretty face hides several lifetimes of dark secrets, however-secrets that begin resurfacing…
