#Undead Murder Farce TV Anime Uncovers July 5 Premiere in New Trailer, Visual

After weeks of drip-feeding us character introductions, the upcoming Undead Murder Farce TV anime has finally uncovered the clues behind the series’ premiere date. The date was announced alongside a new trailer and visual which also revealed the opening and ending theme tunes and artists.

Performing the opening theme song “Crack-Crack-Crackle” is South Korean girl group CLASS:y, while the ending theme song “reversal” is singer Anna.

Mamoru Hatakeyama (Kaguya-sama: Love Is War?) directs Undead Murder Farce at Lapintrack with scripts written by Noboru Takagi (Durarara!!), character designs drawn by Noriko Ito (Yuri!!! On Ice) and Naho Kozono (Golden Kamuy) and music from Yuma Yamaguchi (Project X Zone 2). The series premieres on July 5 with Crunchyroll streaming soon after its Japanese premiere, describing the series as such:

The 19th century — a world inhabited by vampires, golems, werewolves and other paranormal creatures. Immortal beauty and disembodied head Aya Rindo, along with half-human-half-demon “Demon Killer” Tsugaru Shunichi and her loyal maid Shizuku Hasei, travels through Europe as supernatural detective “The Cage User,” solving supernatural mysteries while she searches for her lost body.
