#Trump says election fight is ‘not over’ on ‘Fox & Friends’

President Trump says his fight to challenge the results of the 2020 election is “not over,” though is he is “disappointed” at the Supreme Court for not taking up Texas’ challenge.

“No, it’s not over. We keep going and we’re going to continue to go forward. We have numerous local cases,” Trump told “Fox & Friends” in an interview that aired Sunday.

The president said that if the vote tallies could be changed in some of the cities in the states named in the Texas complaint filed in the Supreme Court, he would be the winner over President-election Joe Biden.

“Now, if you look at it it’s not even four or five states, it’s five cities — Milwaukee, right, Detroit, Philadelphia, Atlanta. Take those — Pittsburgh you could add. So it’s five cities, it’s four cities. It’s even three cities — because I don’t need five,” Trump said in the interview recorded during Saturday’s Army, Navy football game at West Point.

“So nobody can go in and say, ‘Oh congratulations on running a good race.’ They didn’t run a good race. They cheated. They dropped hundreds of thousands of ballots. They did things that nobody has ever seen and we caught them,” the president continued.

But Fox News’ Brian Kilmeade noted that Trump’s efforts to throw out the results in swing states — including in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan, Georgia — have been rejected by judges.

“Excuse me, we’ve proven it. But no judge has had the courage, including the Supreme Court. I am so disappointed in that. No judge, including the Supreme Court of the United States has had the courage to allow it to be heard,” he said.

The Supreme Court on Friday rejected Texas’ challenge of Biden’s win in Pennsylvania, Georgia, Wisconsin and Michigan, dealing a crucial blow to team Trump as the Electoral College prepares to certify the vote on Monday.

“Texas has not demonstrated a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another State conducts its elections,” the court said. “All other pending motions are denied as moot.”

Trump said the decision wasn’t based on the merits of the case but on a technicality surrounding Texas’ standing to bring the case against the four states.

“They’re winning these things on little technicalities like a thing called standing. They’re saying the president of the United States does not have standing,” he said, adding that he has thousands of affidavits from people claiming election irregularities.

“I got more votes than any president in the history of our country – in the history of our country. Not even close — 75 million. Far more than Obama, far more than anybody. And they say we lost an election. We didn’t lose if I got 10 million fewer votes they say I couldn’t have lost,” he said.

Trump got more than 74 million of the popular vote but Biden received more than 81 million votes.

The former vice president also won 306 Electoral College votes to Trump’s 232.
