#Troubles Drag On in Dragon Goes House-Hunting TV Anime Trailer

Letty the young red dragon is surprised by a group of adventurers that want to slay him in a scene from the upcoming Dragon Goes House-Hunting TV anime.

 

The life of a mighty red dragon is not all its cracked up to be in a new trailer for Dragon Goes House-Hunting (known Dragon, Ie wo Kau. as in Japan), an upcoming TV anime based on the manga written by Kawo Tanuki and illustrated by Choco Aya about a young dragon who is kicked out of his family home for being too timid.

 

The main cast for Dragon Goes House-Hunting has also been revealed, including:

 

A character setting of Letty, a timid young red dragon from the upcoming Dragon Goes House-Hunting TV anime.

 

Shun Horie as Letty, a timid young male red dragon who is kicked out for being too cowardly and weak. Letty goes on a journey in search of his ideal home.

 

A character visual of Dearia, an elf real estate agent from the upcoming Dragon Goes House-Hunting TV anime.

 

Kaito Ishikawa as Dearia, an elf who introduces himself as a real estate agent and offers to guide Letty in his house-hunting quest. In reality, Dearia is a Demon King.

 

A character visual of Pip, a young hræsvelgr chick from the upcoming Dragon Goes House-Hunting TV anime.

 

Shiori Izawa as Pip ("P-Chan"), a chick of the Hræsvelgr species. Pip imprints on Letty and calls him "Papa". Pip's full name is Piyovelt Phelpia Pi Alpine Piyoderika.

And Misato Fukuen as Nell, a human princess who meets Letty when he's out of his house-hunting quest and becomes his friend. Nell is a kind-hearted girl, but she is also strong-willed and she has a mischievous personality.

 

 

The original Dragon Goes House-Hunting manga is serialized in Mag Garden's Monthly Comic Garden shonen manga magazine, and an English language version is also available from Seven Seas Entertainment, who describe the story of the series as follows:

 

When a dragon fails to live up to the fearsome standards set for him, his family kicks him out. He embarks on a quest to find a new home, but soon finds that life on the road is no place for a cowardly beast of legend. In a fantasy world full of elves, dwarves, and other mythical creatures, where everyone wants a piece of him—literally!—the frustrations of house-hunting reach a whole new level.

The Dragon Goes House-Hunting TV anime is directed by Haruki Kusagamori and features animation production by SIGNAL.MD. The series is scheduled to broadcast in Japan on TOKYO MX, Yomiuri Telecasting Corporation, and BS Fuji beginning in April of 2021.
