#Top 10 Anime of the Week 1 for Fall 2021 Anime Season

The Fall 2021 anime season is here and the results are in for Anime Trending’s first Top 10 Anime of the Week Charts with votes from the community. We take a dive into the best anime this season so far and will keep this page updated weekly. 

Before the season began, Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation was voted the most anticipated anime of the season. It faced tough competition in the first week as takt op.Destiny was voted the best anime of the week. 

Here are the Top 10 Anime of the Week:

Synopsis: Music is the light that illuminates people’s hearts– and that “light” was suddenly taken from the world. The world changed the night the black “Kuroya Meteorite” fell. Grotesque monsters known as D2 emerged from the meteorite and began to overrun the land and people.

As the D2 were drawn to melodies people played, eventually “music” itself became taboo. However, those who opposed the monsters appeared. They the “Musicart,” girls who draw power from music. 2. 86 EIGHTY-SIX Season 2

Synopsis: Called “Juggernaut,” these are the unmanned combat drones developed by the Republic of San Magnolia in answer to the attacks by the autonomous unmanned drones of the neighboring Empire of Giad, the “Legion”. But they’re only unmanned in name. In reality, they are piloted by the Eighty-sixers—those considered to be less than human and treated as mere tools.
