#TikTok bride goes viral with laundry list of expectations for bridesmaids

This “bridezilla” made her bridesmaids say, “I do,” to a long list of demands.

TikTok user @lisalovesrandom, who lists her name as Lisa Torres on the platform, laid out her expectations for bridesmaids in her wedding, revealing she gave them a “transparency letter” for her big day.

Torres shared the video on TikTok where it garnered 4.1 million views in just a few days. In the clip, she showed off her double-sided page outlining her extensive list of responsibilities for her bridal party to ensure her big day went off without a hitch.

“In the letter, I outlined time commitments. I told them if they lived over an hour away, they didn’t have to worry about making it to the bridal shower or to go wedding dress shopping with me,” she said in the video.

Torres’ video was a response to a video posted by user @stephanieberman7, who shared her shock at the costs associated with being in a bridal party.

Torres mentioned in her video that she was a bridesmaid before but never was given an accurate explanation of the bride’s expectations up front.

“I am going to share a tip that I used to be more transparent to my bridal party,” she began the video, captioned: “I was scared to have a #transparency letter in the #bridesmaidproposalbox but it WORKED OUT.”

Although the comments of the video were mixed with praise and confusion, Torres gave in to a comment requesting a close-up of the “transparency letter.”

The letter then went on to state which events are mandatory, the cost of events and a frequently asked questions section.

It’s not the most eyebrow-raising video on TikTok in recent weeks, either. One bride on the social-media platform revealed they are reselling a wedding for $15K, while another shared a surprising Crocs prank.
