Purpose: VERSUS is a story-driven Action RPG made with the UPBGE 0.3.0 engine. It takes inspiration from popular titles from Square Enix such as the Final Fantasy games, Kingdom Hearts etc. The whole project is solo-developed by Stephen Ddungu (me), and its story runs simultaneously to the story of Purpose: VERSA – The Animation.

There wasn’t a lot of gameplay shown in the trailer but the video itself looked really cool and showed promise! This game or the world itself is tied to another work called Sword Of Symphony, so it’s looking like it’s going to be one of those interconnected worlds.
