The Genius Prince's Guide to Raising a Nation Out of Debt 

 

Even in another world, money troubles are money troubles, but Prince Wein is doing his best to get his nation out of the predicament it is in. To let people know a little more about his plan, a brand new trailer for The Genius Prince’s Guide to Raising a Nation Out of Debt TV anime was released alongside a “1.5” visual and some new cast members ahead of its January 2022 premiere.

  • Fisch Brandel will be voiced by Yoko Hikasa (Mio in K-ON!)
  • Nanaki Ralei will be voiced by Yuki Sakakihara (Tazawa in Sonny Boy)
  • Zeno will be voiced by Yuki Nakashima (Lisa Imai in BanG Dream! [season 2 onwards])

 

The series, which is written by Toru Toba and illustrated by Falmaro, is being published in Japan by GA Bunko, an imprint under Softbank’s SB Creative label. Yen Press publishes The Genius Prince’s Guide to Raising a Nation Out of Debt (Hey, How about Treason?) in English, with volume six released on April 20, 2021. Yen Press describes the first volume as such:

 

It ain’t easy being a genius…

 

Prince Wein is ready to commit treason. And who can blame him? Faced with the impossible task of ruling his pathetic little kingdom, this poor guy just can’t catch a break! But with his brilliant idea of auctioning off his country, this lazy prince should be able to retire once and for all. Or that was the plan…until his treasonous schemes lead to disastrous consequences-namely, accidental victories and the favor of his people!
