#Gunman in Brooklyn FedEx shooting arrested: NYPD

A man has been arrested for caught-on-video shooting of a FedEx driver as he walked out of a Brownsville apartment building after making a delivery there earlier this month, the NYPD said Tuesday.

Jvon Johnson, 24, was arrested on Monday and charged with attempted murder and criminal possession of a weapon, according to police.

The 44-year-old driver was delivering packages to 395 Livonia Ave. in the Van Dyke Houses when he was shot in the back around 11:15 a.m. Dec. 7, cops said. He was taken to Brookdale Hospital in serious but stable condition, police said.

The shooting was caught on surveillance video that shows the driver walking out of the building as a triggerman pulls a gun and opens fire.
