#TV Anime I've Been Killing Slimes for 300 Years and Maxed Out My Level Releases 1st PV to Announce Spring 2021 Premiere

 

 

Along with two key visuals introducing its main characters, the forthcoming TV anime adaptation of Kisetsu Morita's fantasy light novel I've Been Killing Slimes for 300 Years and Maxed Out My Level posted an 80-second first PV to announce its spring 2021 premiere in Japan. It has been a year since the TV anime project was revealed back in October 2019.

 

The TV anime is directed by Nobukage Kimura, who joined Infini-T (2017) and COCEPTION (2018) as a sub-director. It will be his series directorial debut work. Tatsuya Takahashi (Eromanga Sensei) serves as the series composition writer, Keisuke Goto (Fate/Grand Order -First Order-) designs the anime version characters. REVOROOT (Babylon) works on anime production.

The novel was first serialized on the user-generated novel publishing website Shousetsuka ni Narou, then its print edition has been published from SB Creative's GA Bunko imprint since June 2016. So far 13 volumes have been released, and its total print run has reached 1.5 million copies according to the PV. Its English edition has been published by Yen Press Since April 2018. The publisher introduce the synopsis of its first volume as below:

 

After living a painful life as an office worker, Azusa ended her short life by dying from overworking. So when she found herself reincarnated as an undying, unaging witch in a new world, she vows to spend her days stress free and as pleasantly as possible. She ekes out a living by hunting down the easiest targets – the slimes! But after centuries of doing this simple job, she's ended up with insane powers…how will she maintain her low key life now?!
