#Funimation Launches Anime Streaming in Brazil and Mexico

Funimation announced that it is now available for users in Mexico and Brazil. The anime streaming service is now available online and will roll out to other apps and Smart TVs in 2021. 

Anime will be subtitled in Spanish and Portguese with select titles dubbed including My Hero Academia. Subscription is currently priced at 24.90 Reais per month (or 249 Reais annually) in Brazil and 99 Pesos per month (or 990 Pesos annually) in Mexico.

The initial catalog currently features over 200 titles including My Hero Academia, Attack on Titan, Overlord, Sword Art Online, Fruits Basket, and Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba. 

The recent expansion adds to Funimation service area in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Ireland while AnimeLab services Australia and New Zealand and Wakanim services French, German and Russian-speaking Europe and Scandinavia.
