One day before the official release day of the final sixth volume of its latest fourth OVA series of the Strike The Blood anime franchise, Warner Brothers Japan’s official anime YouTube channel posted a 90-second PV to announce the production of its fifth OVA series, titled Strike The Blood FINAL. The anime’s official Twitter account has been recently hinting that there would be “an important announcement.”

The anime adaptation project based on Gakuto Mikumo’s action sci-fi fantasy light novel series Strike the Blood has had one TV anime series and four OVA series since 2013. As the title suggests, the fifth OVA is expected to be produced as the final installment of the anime project.
