“#St. Vincent Launches WSTV Radio Show on Apple Music”
Clark has frequently discussed the 1970s as a heavy influence on her newest record Daddy’s Home. She said in a new statement, “On WSTV Radio, I take a little acid-trip back in time with a smooth voice and all the coolest new (old) tunes. It is a lot of fun (for me, at least.) Enjoy!!”
St. Vincent performed “Pay Your Way in Pay” and “The Melting of the Sun” from the album on Saturday Night Live in April. And, earlier this year, she re-worked Paul McCartney’s “Women and Wives” on McCartney III Imagined. She’ll play a fictionalized of herself alongside Carrie Brownstein doing the same in Brownstein’s film The Nowhere Inn this fall.
On Saturday, September 11, St. Vincent will headline Pitchfork Music Festival 2021 at Union Park in Chicago, Illinois. Tickets are on sale now.
