#Square Enix’s Project Athia Game Reveals Official Title as Forspoken

Square Enix has teased its Project Athia game for PS5 and PC in recent months, and now it’s finally moved past that tentative title. Designed specifically for PS5 and developed simultaneously alongside the PC version, the effort from Square Enix’s Luminous Productions is now known as Forspoken.

The woman at the center of it all is Frey Holland, and lead voice actor Ella Balinska revealed her casting in the role and introduced the new official title announcement video below.

As for the story, the details are light aside from the following: 

In Forspoken, you’ll play the role of Frey, as she enters Athia for the first time. This new land is stunningly beautiful, but also cruel and deadly. 

Square Enix shared some more info on its blog, and Forspoken is currently set to launch sometime in 2022.
