“#Hololive Reschedules EN Generation 2 Debut Due to ‘Unforeseen Circumstances’”

A few hours before the next generation of hololive EN VTubers were set to debut, the Twitter account for the English branch announced that due to “unforeseen circumstances” the first live streams from hololive English -Council- would be delayed. Earlier today, the same account revealed that the debuts will now happen the next day, at the same start times.

Debut times will follow that of the original schedule.

Once the debuts have finished, a collab stream will take place on Monday, August 23, at 10 AM featuring all five members, so please watch it as well.#holoCouncil #hololiveEnglish

hololive English -Council- will begin on August 22, at 2 AM Japan time with Sana first up. The rest of the debuts will be in a rally format, culminating with a collaboration stream on the hololive EN YouTube channel at 10 AM, an hour later than was originally scheduled.

While the EN side of hololive hasn’t revealed what was the cause for the delay, the Japanese side said the delay was due to “system trouble,” so likely just a technical problem. Personally, this writer thinks it’s the EN curse getting worse with more EN members appears. That or Ame wouldn’t let time go.
