# Scarlet Nexus details psychokinetic actions, bonds system

Bandai Namco has released new information and screenshots for Scarlet Nexus introducing the game’s psychokinetic actions and bonds system.

■ Psychokinetic Actions

Combining Psychokinesis and Weapons

Fight combining psychokinetic attacks and the weapons in your possession. The more you combo, the higher your psychokinetic attack power increases, and the greater damage you can deal.

Psychokinetic Objects

Depending on it form, objects can be thrown, slammed, and swung into a variety of attacks. There are also field-specific objects that trigger an additional attack upon hitting an enemy.

■ New Systems

Interacting with Characters

“Brain Messages,” which are sent and received by brain like e-mail, and conversations at the hideout will trigger character episodes. Complete these episodes to form a bond with that character.

—By interacting with specific characters, your bonds will develop. When your bond with a character reaches a certain degree, your bond level and SAS connection ability will increase, allowing that character to support the player in battle in various ways.

Gifts

You can develop bonds with characters by giving them gift items obtained during the game. Gift them items that match their preferences. The gifts you give them will decorate their personal space, which will make the hideout gradually more wonderful.

Scarlet Nexus is due out for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via Steam on June 24 in Japan and June 25 worldwide.
