You don’t have to blow your gaming budget on a new monitor. At least, not today. LG’s 27-inch UltraGear QHD gaming monitor is on sale for just $300 at Best Buy, down from its usual $400 price tag. With a high refresh rate and support for both AMD FreeSync Premium and Nvidia G-Sync, it’s a killer option for any gamer on a budget.

The LG UltraGear’s 27-inch IPS panel features a 1440p QHD resolution with a 144Hz refresh rate and 1ms response time. These specs are solid for the price, especially the QHD resolution, which is rare at $300 considering everything else this monitor has to offer—namely its adaptive sync options.

Unlike other budget gaming monitors, the LG UltraGear sports AMD FreeSync Premium and Nvidia G-Sync compatibility. No matter what GPU you use or what game you play, this monitor will display everything the way that it’s supposed to look.

There are a couple of downsides to this monitor, though. The maximum 350nits of brightness really isn’t great for daytime use with a bunch of windows open, though it’s fine for dim or dark rooms. And while LG skipped HDMI 2.1 for this monitor, it features two HDMI 2.0 ports and a DisplayPort 1.4 jack.
