The official website for the TV anime adaptation of Afro's slice-of-life manga series Laid-Back Camp has started streaming a 90-second full trailer for its upcoming second season. The clip starts with a New Year's greeting between Nadeshiko Kagamihara (CV: Yuri Hanamori) and Rin Shima (Nao Toyama), then shows the happy atmosphere and daily life of each character, including Ayano Toki (Tomoyo Kurosawa), Nadeshiko's childhood friend who will newly join the story.

In addition to the new scenes, it also introduces the new OP theme "Seize the Day" by Asaka and the ED theme "Haru no Tonari" (Next to Spring) by Eri Sasaki. The two performed the first season's OP and ED theme songs, respectively. The former will be released as Asaka's ninth single on January 27, 2021, while the latter will be released as Sasaki's fifth single on the same day.

Following the 12-episode first season in January-March 2018 and the 12-episode spin-off series ROOM CAMP in January-March 2020, the highly anticipated second season is set to premiere in Japan on January 7, 2021, and will be simulcast on Crunchyroll to its members in North America, Central America, South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, the Middle East, and CIS.
