Quality Control rapper Bankroll Freddie has reportedly been indicted in his federal gun and drug case.

According to TMZ, the Arkansas native was charged on Wednesday (November 9) along with 34 other defendants as part of a 61-count indictment, and is currently in custody.

The 28-year-old — real name Freddie Gladney III — was allegedly part of a crew that conspired to sell large amounts of crack cocaine and marijuana in Arkansas and Texas between March 2021 and October 2022.

Bankroll Freddie is also facing weapons charges for allegedly possessing firearms in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime. Police reportedly seized jewelry and cash from a number of the defendants, totaling hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Wednesday’s indictment was part of a larger investigation involving around 70 people all facing similar charges and circumstances.

According to Fox News, Bankroll Freddie was listed as a defendant in the indictment as a result of the FBI focusing on the Every Body Killas (EBK) gang, which also included his father, Freddie Gladney Jr.

In addition to cocaine and marijuana, Bankroll Freddie and the 34 other culprits stand accused of knowingly and intentionally possessing and distributing methamphetamine.

Freddie and his father were specifically indicted for possessing between 500 grams and five kilograms of cocaine, between 28 and 280 grams of crack cocaine, and between 100 kilograms and 1,000 kilograms of marijuana.

The formal accusation accuses Bankroll Freddie of selling marijuana and possessing several firearms, including 9mm handguns, an AM15 multi-caliber rifle, 5.56 NATO caliber rifle and SKS rifle.

The rapper is also accused of making false statements while acquiring the guns from a licensed firearms dealer, possessing one or more machine guns and possessing several guns without serial numbers.
