Puniru is a Kawaii Slime Season 2 Reveals Trailer, July 6 Premiere
The second season of the Puniru is a Kawaii Slime TV anime has received a trailer and a July 6 premiere date.
A visual for the new season was also released, and it was announced that Sumire Uesaka is joining the cast as Gelee.
Like the first season, Puniru is a Kawaii Slime Season 2 is directed by Yushi Ibe (Tearmoon Empire) at TOHO animation STUDIO with Michiko Yokote (The Dreaming Boy Is a Realist) as series composer and Aya Tanaka (Mushoku Tensei Season 2 sub-character designer) as character designer.
Puniru is a Kawaii Slime is based on the manga by Maeda-kun. The story follows Rotaro, who creates a slime that becomes a beautiful girl, the titular Puniru.
The manga, which was one of the winners of the 70th Shogakukan Manga Award, began serialization in Shougakukan’s Weekly Corocoro Comic and has seven tankoubon volumes as of February 2025.
