#Pregnant woman in Philadelphia shot in head

A pregnant woman is fighting for her life after she was shot in the head while inside a car in Philadelphia Thursday afternoon, according to reports.

The 25-year-old woman was on West Berks Street in North Philadelphia when she was blasted in the right side of her head at around 2:35 p.m., The Philadelphia Inquirer reported.

The victim, whose identity was not immediately released, was rushed to Temple University Hospital in extremely critical condition, according to the news outlet.

The woman is four months pregnant, according to NBC10, which reported that police said the shooting may have been a domestic situation. No arrests were immediately made.
