«Otherside Picnic» is a Yuri sci-fi anime that was recently shown in a simulcast on aniverse with German subtitles from January to March 2021. The 12-part series was produced under the direction of Takuya Satō in the Liden Films and Felix Film studios and is based on the light novels by Iori Miyazawa, which have been published since 2017.
It was now over six months ago and KSM Anime has already released a German trailer. The release of “Otherside Picnic” will start next month on November 18, 2021 on DVD and Blu-ray.

The Otherworld is a world that exists alongside the known reality. It is full of secrets and a dangerous existence that threatens all life: the thing.
University student Kamikoshi Sorao happens to get in there when she walks through a door in an abandoned room. She immediately meets Toriko Nishina, an encounter that will fundamentally change Sorao’s life. Because Toriko is looking for a woman named Saetsuki who is missing in the Otherworld and asks Sorao for help.
