Japanese publishing company Takarajimasha has teamed up with Nissin Foods to create the CUP NOODLE 50TH ANNIVERSARY BOOK, a limited edition magazine that celebrates 50 years of instant ramen goodness and that comes with a Cup Noodle-themed carrying pouch as a pack-in bonus.
The magazine / pouch combo comes in 5 varieties (Cup Noodle, Seafood Noodle, Chili Tomato, and jumbo-sized versions of the Cup Noodle and Seafood Noodle models), with the smaller versions retailing for 1850 yen (about $16.73 US) plus tax and the larger versions retailing for 2170 yen (about $19.63 US) plus tax.
The small versions of the Cup Noodle and Seafood Noodle models will be sold at Lawson convenience stores, the Chili Tomato version will be sold through the Takarajimasha Channel, and the large Cup Noodle and Seafood Noodle models will be sold in Japanese bookstores and via online stores. The CUP NOODLE 50TH ANNIVERSARY BOOK will be published in Japan on September 18, 2021.
