#New Music Friday – SARAN, 'Feel The Rhythm Of Korea Part 1' & More

This week’s new music list is led by the audio compilation Feel The Rhythm Of Korea Part 1, featuring South Korea’s H1GHR Music and AOMG artists. We also got brand-new releases from Jackson Wang-led supergroup PANTHEPAK, newcomer Korean R&B artist Jonghan, and another one from the unstoppable Saran from Thailand.

Various Artists – Feel The Rhythm Of Korea Part 1

H1GHR Music, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and the Korea Tourism Organization just unveiled the official audio compilation, Feel The Rhythm Of Korea Part 1, which features tracks from Woodie Gochild, GEMINI, JAY B, Woo, sogumm, Trade L, pH-1, BIG Naughty, and production work from GroovyRoom, GRAY, and glowingdog

Jonghan – “Sandbag”

Up-and-coming R&B singer-songwriter Jonghan shares his official debut single, the whimsical, pop-R&B cut, “Sandbag.”

PANTHEPACK – “Gut Feeling”

Fresh off today’s The Pack, fourth track “Gut Feeling” interpolates the hook of 2001 Moulin Rouge OST “Lady Marmalade.”

SARAN – “ความรัก = ลมหายใจ”

Thai rapper and New Music Friday mainstay SARAN has been undisputedly productive this year, consistently releasing new songs almost every week. The prolific rapper returns with a mellow, lo-fi single, “ความรัก = ลมหายใจ” (Love = Breath).

Seedhe Maut – “NAWAZUDDIN”

Delhi rap duo Seedhe Maut continue to release material from their latest mixtape, न (No). They wrote of “NAWAZUDDIN”—“The story is one that instills hope, ambition, and determination in every young Indian that dares to dream beyond the boundaries that society tries to place upon him or her.” Moreover, it is about “an artist’s steadfast belief in their talent and how, despite all the odds stacked against them, the world finally submits to their genius and craft.
