Megaton Musashi goes free-to-play as Megaton Musashi X this fall in Japan “
In addition to the contents of Megaton Musashi and its six major updates released since launch, Megaton Musashi X will include a number of new elements, including Season 2 of the story, player-versus-player online battles, and new mecha, characters, weapons, and stages.
Save data from Megaton Musashi can be transferred to Megaton Musashi X. Users who do so will also be able to purchase an item set with exclusive mecha for 100 yen, which includes various items that make the game easier to play plus the the exclusive mecha Protoframe Zero X with special effects. The item set, excluding the mecha, will be sold for several thousand yen at a later date.
As previously teased, Getter Robo and Mazinger Z will join Megaton Musashi X when it launches this fall. Each are equipped with their own actions and special attacks.
