Falcon Coast	You could gather 4 Windwheel Asters around the Falcon Coast by straying a little to the right of the statues.

Vendor: Flora Mondstadt City	You may purchase Windwheel Asters from Flora for 1,000 Mora each. (5 Maximum)
Vendor: Chunshui Liyue Harbor	You may get 5x Windwheel Asters from Chunshui just by plainly speaking with her!

In Mondstadt, there will be 70 Windwheel Asters that sprout back every 2 days after being collected. Flora, for example, replenishes her inventory every 3 days, allowing you to purchase from her again after that time!
