The upcoming television anime adaptation of the Me & Roboco comedy manga series will air sometime this coming Winter 2023. More details about the anime’s production will be released at a later date. 

Additionally, the 32nd issue of Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine commemorated the Me & Roboco manga’s second anniversary with a special Roboco-filled front cover. 

Me & Roboco also revealed a special cosplay collaboration with professional cosplayer Enako, as part of its “live-action” project. Several photos and a special feature video showcasing her as Roboco have also been released. 

Toy company SEN-TI-NEL Co., Ltd has also unveiled a new “Steel Roboco” anime figure that can be posed in different ways, with several unique facial expression plates. Pre-orders are now open for the figure for 11,000 yen (US$80.00) with tax included. It is scheduled to ship out to buyers in December 2022.  

Shuuhei Miyazaki’s manga series was first launched in Weekly Shonen Jump on July 6, 2020. Eight tankoubon volumes have been published in total so far. 

Me & Roboco can be read on the Shonen Jump+ and MANGA Plus apps. Viz Media releases the series in English for North America. The story is described as: 

In a world where most families own a cute maid robot, average elementary kid Bondo hopes for one of his own. But the robot who shows up is anything but average! Meet Roboco—the wackiest, most powerful maid imaginable!
