In good news today for fans! Marvel’s Avengers team has confirmed the upcoming content roadmap for the Avengers Spiderman. Followers could not help but notice that alongside its release schedule; the game’s short-run future shows how it is dependent on the “controversial PlayStation exclusive Spider-Man DLC”. The iconic characters of Marvel’s Avengers are making their appearance in this game.

Crystal Dynamics remained true on their promise of introducing a brand-new Marvel’s Avengers roadmap this week. They release a planned schedule of content. Concrete dates seem to be missing from much of the roadmap provided. However, we can make out that some important and key events are in queue for the next few months.

This includes the much-anticipated launch and release of Spider-Man in the game. The launch of Spider-man has been “scheduled to release by the end of the year”. The roadmap also indicates that this launch will be specifically exclusive to PlayStation.

Spiderman DLC

Spider-Man was supposed to release in 2021 as the developers had previously stated, but after numerous postponements, a roadmap has finally been released.
In a blog post, the developers stated that “Finally, there will be a new playable Hero with a Hero Event starring Spider-Man in 2021, only on PlayStation platforms. We’ll have more information on Spider-Man closer to launch and you may catch a glimpse of him here and there along the way.”
While there have not been any preview gameplay drops lately, we can indeed be sure that we will get to witness Spider-Man by this year’s end. PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 users can only play the hero as he has been added there for free.

Furthermore, Crystal Dynamic is also equipped to launch plans for raids like “Klaw Raid” which will come around the same time that Spider-Man makes his appearance. This will provide the players with a one-of-a-kind experience. Beyond this roadmap, developers have also said that they have some plans slated for 2022 but they are not ready to be revealed as of now.
