An unstable man crashed a stolen SUV into the front of the Bvlgari jewelry store on Fifth Avenue Friday, police said.

The man, who was believed to be in his 40s, boosted the running Ford Explorer from 785 Fifth Avenue, near East 60th Street, at around 10:10 a.m., police said.

He then drove around for about 15 minutes, before crashing the SUV into the side of the high-end Italian jewelry store, which sits on the same block from which he originally stole the vehicle, according to cops.

No one was injured during the incident, but it did force cops to close down a few blocks near the crash scene.

“We were very lucky to not have any structural damage… fortunately, no one was hurt, which is wonderful,” a manager with the store told The Post.

Police took the man, whose name was not released, for a psych evaluation at Bellevue Hospital.
