This is what the film is about:

The lively Yoyo and her little sister Nene – who is actually much bigger – live in the kingdom of wizards and earn their bread by helping their customers by speaking or solving magic – guaranteed with a 100 percent success rate! However, their peaceful everyday life is disturbed when suddenly a huge building falls from the sky. Yoyo decides to get to the bottom of the matter and ends up in an elevator in contemporary Japan. There she meets the brothers Takahiro and Kensei, who also happen to need the help of the two magic sisters. In a mysterious way, their parents became wobbly little figures who only bubble to themselves. When suddenly more and more people transform, everyone has to fight together with Yoyo to break the spell and save both worlds!
