Since March 2021, Krispy Kreme has been offering vaccinated individuals a free doughnut if they bring in proof of vaccination. Now, the brand’s freebie deal is about to get even better!

Given the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s full approval of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine, Krispy Kreme has decided to celebrate by sweetening its existing freebie deal. Since early this year, the chain has been giving free doughnuts to customers who present their proof-of-vaccination cards.

However, between Aug. 30-Sept. 5, everyone who brings in proof of at least one vaccination shot (of any brand) will get not one, but two free doughnuts!

The new campaign, dubbed Show Your Heart, will offer a free traditional glazed and one heart-shaped doughnut to all who present their cards. Like the original offer, you can snag them any time of day during the campaign.

This new event doesn’t mean the original freebie deal is going away, either. After Sept. 5, the brand will continue to give a free glazed doughnut to anyone who has proof of vaccination through the end of 2021. So far, the brand has given out a whopping 2.5 million doughnuts!

And if you haven’t yet tried the brand’s Oreo Cookies and Kreme doughnut, you might want to pick one of those up while you’re there.
