Kerry Vincent, a celebrated cake artist and judge on the “Food Network Challenge,” has died at the age of 75.

Vincent’s passing was announced Saturday by the Oklahoma State Sugar Art Show, a non-profit organization she founded.

“It is with great sadness that I have to report the passing of Kerry Vincent earlier this evening,” the organization posted to its Facebook page, noting she had been fighting an illness.

“Being a very private person when it came to all things not cake, she did not want to put her illness out there to the public. Unfortunately her fight has come to an end but she will no longer have any pain. She will be sorely missed by all who she has touched through the Sugar Arts as will as personally,” the post continued.

The organization added no services will take place per Vincent’s request.

A native of Wyalkatchem in Western Australia, Vincent also founded the Grand National Wedding Cake Competition. She was inducted into the International Cake Exploration Societé Hall of Fame and the Dessert Professional Hall of Fame in 2004 and 2010, respectively.

In addition to her judging duties on “Food Network Challenge,” Vincent also served as the host of “Save My Bakery.”

Vincent is survived by her husband, Doug.
