Joe Rogan thinks Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau should take a DNA test to prove that he is unrelated to late Cuban ruler Fidel Castro.

The Spotify podcaster was stunned by the apparent resemblance between the Canadian leader and the late Communist dictator.

During a recent episode of “The Joe Rogan Experience,” Rogan and his guest, comedian Sam Tripoli, speculated that there may be a family linkage.

Rogan was commenting on a widely shared conspiracy theory which alleges that “El Comandante,” who ruled Cuba with an iron fist for some five decades, is the biological father of Canada’s premier.

“Hey bro, you need a 23andMe right away, sir,” Rogan said, referencing the human genome mapping company.

“It’s wild how close he looks. If it’s not his dad, if I was the father I’d be suspicious as sh-t,” said Rogan.

Rogan then posted several side-by-side portraits of Castro and Trudeau while marveling at the “wild” similarities in facial features — though the podcaster added that the entire exercise was “just for funsies.”

Later in the segment, Rogan juxtaposed a photo of Trudeau with a picture of his father, the late Canadian Prime Minister Pierre Trudeau.

Rogan felt compelled to acknowledge that Pierre Trudeau, who died in 2000, looked “a lot” like the younger Trudeau’s “real dad.”

In 2018, Castro’s oldest son, Fidelito, died by suicide at the age of 68. His death spurred unfounded rumors that he left a suicide note which referred to Justin Trudeau as his half-brother.

After Fidel’s death in 2016, Justin Trudeau put out a statement eulogizing the late Cuban leader, calling him a “legendary revolutionary and orator.”

Trudeau also praised Castro’s “tremendous dedication and love for the Cuban people who had a deep and lasting affection for ‘el Comandante’.”

Last month, Rogan, who commands an audience of roughly 11 million listeners, denounced Justin Trudeau as a “dictator” and labeled Canada a “communist” country.

Trudeau and his government were accused of applying heavy-handed tactics to disperse a trucker convoy protest that snarled traffic in the capital city of Ottawa.

Canadian truckers and their supporters organized the convoy to protest the government’s requirement that drivers who haul cargo across the US-Canada border be vaccinated against COVID-19.
