Digital publisher J-Novel Club has announced that it has licensed five new light novel and manga titles on its Twitch livestream and Twitter account on October 12, 2022. 

The new licenses consist of three new manga and two light novel series. All titles will be released digitally with their first parts or chapters between Wednesday and Thursday each week. 

J-Novel Club will also have a booth and industry panel at this year’s AnimeNYC, which is scheduled to take place at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center from November 18 to November 20, 2022. 

Here are the full details for each new license: 

The first new release is the manga adaptation of Yura Kyose’s Lady Rose Just Wants to Be a Commoner light novel series. It is released under the J-Novel Heart imprint and was first serialized in Flos Comic on May 28, 2018. The manga is illustrated by Yura Kiyose, with Kooriame and Hidakanami credited as the original writer and artist respectively. 

Esther Sun is the translator for the manga series, with Nicholas Rose assisting as editor and Camilla L. working as editor.

J-Novel Club describes Lady Rose Just Wants to Be a Commoner as:

Alyssa Niioka is the English translator for the manga, Megan Turner is the editor, and MACARAN is the letterer.

The manga series is described by J-Novel Club as:

The manga adaptation of the Young Lady Albert Is Courting Disaster light novels will also be released for the first time in English. Tsukasa Satsuki is handling the artwork for the manga series while Saki and Haduki Futaba are credited as the original writer and illustrator respectively. It was first serialized in B’s-LOG Comic and Flos Comic on June 5, 2018. 

The English translator is Nikolas Stirling, while Dawn Davis is serving as editor and Elena Pizarro is assisting as letterer.

These Legs Don’t Lie! Harumi-san’s Legacy as the Strongest Mimic is a light novel written by Tsuyoshi Fujitaka and illustrated by Yuunagi. The single physical volume was first published on April 16, 2018, collecting 35 chapters in total. 

The light novel started out as a web novel on Shousetsu ni Narou on May 21, 2017 for two story arcs, before concluding with a total of 28 web chapters on September 10, 2017. Japanese publisher Earth Star Entertainment released a new illustrated version of the series on April 16, 2018 under its Earth Star Novels label.
