#Inside Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis’ not-so-average farmhouse estate

How do you play down a 10-foot chandelier? Put a barn around it!

Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher designed their solar-powered contemporary farmhouse in an earthy style to balance some of their more — *ahem* — interesting pieces.

The first piece is a 10-foot crystal chandelier that once hung in the married couple’s original Beverly Hills Post Office home — now, it’s in a barn-like guest house on their 6-acre estate.

“It was all designed around this chandelier that we thought was so obnoxious that we had in a previous house, and we were like, how do we make the chandelier less obnoxious? Let’s put a barn around it!” Kunis, 37, first revealed on the “Kelly and Ryan” show last month.

A set of silver throne chairs Kutcher, 43, commissioned on a trip to India were also crucial to the design plans, according to the June issue of Architectural Digest.

“I got this job because I promised I could make a home for those, shall we say, formidable pieces,” interior designer Vicky Charles of Charles & Co. told the magazine.

They demolished a barn that had been converted into a house on the Beverly Hills Post Office-area property. Then, they got to work on the five-year project called “Kuku farms” — for Kutcher and Kunis — led by architect Howard Backen of Backen & Gillam Architects, according to Architectural Digest.

The main house has a light, natural wood wraparound porch surrounded by lush greenery, photos show.

Inside, the steep mansard-roofed open living and dining room has oak floors and concrete walls. One side has a writing desk, a grand piano and a dining table for 10 on an antique rug. On the other side, the room has green Montauk sofas and a fireplace, photos show.

The tiled kitchen is lit by Hector Finch pendants. It has a white tiled backsplash, a large island bar and a breakfast area, photos show.

“If the world around you isn’t in order, it’s hard to get your brain in order. When we’re in our home, the world just makes sense,” Kutcher told Architectural Digest.

The guest house, which houses the storied chandelier and at least two bedrooms, has 19-foot slider windows from floor to ceiling. It is furnished with custom couches covered in Pindler outdoor fabric, according to Architectural Digest.

Beside the guest house is a stone pool with the peaked-roof, wooden barbecue pavilion, photos show.

“Home is a really safe place for me. It’s warmth and comfort. It’s a place that you can play around and no one can judge you for it,” the “Four Good Days” star told Houzz UK in 2017.

The “That ’70s show” couple began the project when Kunis was pregnant with their now 6-year-old daughter Wyatt. Since then, the pair have given birth to a son, 4-year-old Dimitri.

They first listed their Beverly Hills Post Office home for $14 million in May 2020, and it was last listed for $12.25 million, The Post previously reported.

They also own a Carpinteria beach house, which reports placed at $10 million, though Realtor.com records suggest they paid only $4.1 million for their vacation home.
