#Indicted ‘We Build The Wall’ founder raising money for legal fees

Embattled “We Build the Wall” founder Brian Kolfage is still raising money.

The Iraq war veteran now under indictment for allegedly bilking donors to his border wall project’s GoFundMe page, launched a new website last week to solicit donations for his upcoming lawsuits against US Postal inspectors and and federal prosecutors.

He won’t be using GoFundMe — which has permanently banned him from the platform.

Kolfage, an Iraq War vet who lost both his legs and right hand during a rocket attack in 2004, accuses the Postal Inspection Service and the US Attorney’s Southern District of NY of violating his civil rights under the Americans With Disabilities Act during his arrest at Miramar Beach, FL in August.

“When they planned out the raid to come to my house they knew I was disabled and … ADA law states they have to reasonably accommodate my disability,” Kolfage told The Post. “I wasn’t allowed to use my prosthetics. I had to climb into a damn vehicle that wasn’t accessible to me and then I was placed in a non-ADA holding cell where I could not properly use the restroom.”

Kolfage says he is looking to raise $100,000 to cover the “offensive legal fees.”

Besides soliciting cash, the slickly produced site — Fight4Kolfage.com — includes denials, supportive legal analysis, detailed responses to the indictment, and criticism of what he considers media inaccuracies.

Kolfage’s co-defendant, Steve Bannon, also makes appearances on site videos condemning the charges.

“The Southern District of New York has become fully weaponized against Trump associates and filed politically tainted charges,” the website reads.

Kolfage, Bannon and two others were charged with skimming cash from the more than $25 million raised last year to finance the private construction of a wall along the southern border with Mexico.

Though Kolfage repeatedly promised he would never take a salary, the feds asserted he glommed $350,000 to fund a “lavish lifestyle,” which included “home renovations, payments towards a boat, a luxury SUV, a golf cart, jewelry, cosmetic surgery, personal tax payments, and credit card debt.”
