#Ice Hockey Anime PuraOre! Pride of Orange Premieres October 6

The upcoming PuraOre! Pride of Orange ice hockey anime has received an October 6 premiere date in Japan.

The anime is part of a multimedia project that includes the PuraOre! Smile Princess game, which will release this year. The story follows the teenage rookie team of the Nikko-based Dream Monkeys.

The anime’s staff includes Takebumi Anzai (Hitori Bocchi no Marumaru Seikatsu) as the director, Tōko Machida (Life Lessons with Uramichi Oniisan, Battle Game in 5 Seconds) as the series composer, Kii Tanaka (So I’m a Spider, So What?) as the character designer, and MONACA (My Teen Romantic Comedy SNAFU) and Yōhei Kisara (Love Live! School Idol Project, Idolls!) as the music composers.  C2C is the animation production company.

Meanwhile, the cast includes Riku Masuda as Manaka Mizusawa, Satomi Hongo as Yu Kiyose, Mayu Sagara as Ayaka Mizusawa, Saika Kitamori as Riko Saginuma, Asuka Shiori as Naomi Takagi, Yurika Moriyama as Kaoruko Yanagida, Yoshino Aoyama as Mami Ono, Hisako Tōjō as China Yoneyama, Ruriko Aoki as Juri Kikuchi, Aina Suzuki as Shino Ukita, Eriko Matsui as Runa Hirano, Shizuku Hoshinoya as Minato Shishiuchi, and Kurumi Takase as Mona Fujishiro.
