I Was Reincarnated as the 7th Prince Season 2 Premieres July 9, Reveals Key Visual, PV, and Cast

The I Was Reincarnated as the 7th Prince so I Can Take My Time Perfecting My Magical Ability TV anime series has announced that the second season will premiere on July 9, 2025. It was revealed alongside a new trailer, a key visual, and the announcement of two new cast members.

The new cast members are:

• • • Showtatrou Morikubou as the angel Jihreil

• • • Mitsuru Miyamoto as the Mysterious Priest

The key visual depicts Lloyd and his friends preparing for battle in front of a church. Behind the church is the Mysterious Priest while Jihreil is standing on top of the building.

The staff for season two was also announced. The returning staff from season one include:

Crunchyroll will be streaming the second season of I Was Reincarnated as the 7th Prince. 

I Was Reincarnated as the 7th Prince is a light novel series written by Kenkyo na Circle and illustrated by Meru. It first began as a web novel on Shosetsuka ni Naro in October 2019 and was later published by Kodansha’s Lanove Bunko in July 2020. There are currently nine volumes as of April 2025. It has inspired a manga adaptation by Yosuke Kokuzawa and a spin-off manga by Keiri Amamiya. Kodansha USA has licensed and is publishing the manga adaptation.
