#Home Life is Hectic in Dragon Goes House-Hunting TV Anime Key Visual

Letty, a juvenile red dragon with confidence issues, enjoys a book of fairytales in a scene from the upcoming Dragon Goes House-Hunting TV anime.

 

A zany new key visual (below) has been published for Dragon Goes House-Hunting (known in Japan as Dragon, Ie wo Kau.), an upcoming TV anime based on the comic fantasy manga written by Kawo Tanuki and illustrated by Choco Aya about a juvenile red dragon who in the market for a new place to live after being kicked out of his family home for being too wimpy.

 

 

The original Dragon Goes House-Hunting manga is serialized in Mag Garden’s Monthly Comic Garden shonen manga magazine, and an English language version is also available from Seven Seas Entertainment, who describe the story of the series as follows:

 

When a dragon fails to live up to the fearsome standards set for him, his family kicks him out. He embarks on a quest to find a new home, but soon finds that life on the road is no place for a cowardly beast of legend. In a fantasy world full of elves, dwarves, and other mythical creatures, where everyone wants a piece of him—literally!—the frustrations of house-hunting reach a whole new level.

 

A new key visual for the upcoming Dragon Goes House-Hunting TV anime, featuring Letty and his friends being pursued by a horde of weapons-brandishing humans, dwarves, demi-humans, and monsters that mean to do the young red dragon grievous bodily harm.

 

The Dragon Goes House-Hunting TV anime is directed by Haruki Kusagamori and features animation production by SIGNAL.MD. The series will broadcast in Japan on TOKYO MX beginning on April 04, 2021, with additional broadcasts to follow later on Yomiuri Telecasting Corporation and BS Fuji. Dragon Goes House-Huntinging will also stream in the United States via Funimation as part of their Spring 2021 simulcast lineup.
