Here’s How You Can Watch Umamusume: Cinderella Gray Outside Japan

REMOW has announced the global distribution plans for this season’s Umamusume: Cinderella Gray anime.

Various European territories (which is to say, “France, Belgium, Monaco, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Liechtenstein, Andorra, French and German speaking Switzerland, German speaking Alto Adige”) will be served by ADN, while Anime Onegai will stream the series for Central and South American audiences.

Meanwhile, “selected” places will get to watch Umamusume: Cinderella Gray on REMOW’s It’s Anime powered by REMOW YouTube Channel or on Amazon Prime Video. Further streaming platforms will be revealed in the future.

REMOW says that streaming will begin at 5 PM on April 6 JST.

Umamusume: Cinderella Gray is based on the manga drawn by Taiyo Kuzumi with Masafumi Sugiura (Umamusume S1 co-series composer) as scriptwriter and Junnosuke Ito (S1 producer) as planning composer. The story follows Oguri Cap during her time at Kasamatsu Tracen Academy.

The Umamusume: Cinderella Gray manga has been serialized since 2020 in Shueisha’s Weekly Young Jump and has 18 tankoubon volumes as of March 2025. The anime will have two split cours.

Umamusume: Cinderella Gray is part of the Umamusume: Pretty Derby media mix franchise created by Cygames. The first Umamusume anime was a 2018 P.A.Works-produced TV anime series. The second season, produced by Studio KAI with assistance from P.A.Works, premiered in 2021, while the Studio KAI-produced third season was released in 2023.

There is also the web anime Umamusume: Pretty Derby — Road to the Top, which was streamed on the Pakatube YouTube channel, and the Umamusume: Pretty Derby — Beginning of a New Era anime movie. Both were produced by CygamesPictures.

Crunchyroll describes the first Umamusume season as:

This is a tale of a world where “horse girls”; with glorious names and incredible running abilities live alongside humanity. Horse girl Special Week has moved from the country to the city to attend Tracen Academy.
