KADOKAWA's figure brand KDcolle has launched a figure-making project of Kurumi Tokisaki from the Date A Live franchise, and it is confirmed that her 1/7 scale figure will be bundled with the perfect limited-production edition Blu-ray of Date A Bullet, the two-part anime film adaptation of Yuichiro Higashide's Date A Live Fragment: Date A Bullet novel series.
The Kurumi figure is based on the film's key visual drawn by the anime's character designer Naoto Nakamura. The 27,500-yen (about 262 US dollars) limited edition set also comes with an outer case drawn by the novel's illustrator NOCO, a digi-pack drawn by Naoto Nakamura, a character reference sheet, storyboards, creditless OP and ED movies, and a PV and CM collection. Along with the standard edition DVD/Blu-ray, the limited edition Blu-ray is set to be released in Japan on March 24, 2021.
Following the first part Date A Bullet: Dead or Bullet released on August 14, 2020, the second part Date A Bullet: Nightmare or Queen is set to be released in Japanese theaters on November 13, 2020.
